The remote village of Wawina located on the Mosquito Coast in Honduras. April, 2012, U.S. military members from the Joint Task Force-Bravo Medical Element at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, fly into the remote village of Wawina, located on the Mosquito Coast, for a medical exercise. The team and their supplies flew to two locations over a four-day period on three UH-60 Black Hawks and a CH-47 Chinook helicopter. Medical Element provided medical care to 1,774 Hondurans.
